How does billing work?
Every plan is priced per month. Choose quarterly to save 10%, or yearly to save 20%. You can switch cycles or cancel anytime, and changes are prorated automatically.
What counts as an AI creative?
One AI creative costs 8 AI credits — that is a single generated ad image at standard resolution. Higher resolutions (2K, 4K) consume more credits per output, so your real volume depends on the formats you ship.
What are Discover credits?
Discover credits power competitor research: searching the ad library, tracking a brand and pulling its creatives all draw from your monthly Discover allowance. They are separate from AI credits, so research never eats into your generation budget.
Can I use Creaboost with only a Shopify store?
Yes. Install Creaboost from the Shopify App Store, connect your store, and you can use the product with no ad account connected. That plan is 20 € per month, billed in your Shopify admin, and you can move to any plan above when you start running ads.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings — the new limits apply immediately and the difference is prorated on your next invoice.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, no credit card required. The trial has no connector limit and includes 1 000 AI credits and 1 000 Discover credits, so you can run Creaboost on your own accounts before picking a tier.
